He was amazing!!!! Seriously my hero! It was raining in my living room and he came in, figured out the problem and fixed it so fast! Then he fixed a bunch of other stuff while he was here I wasn’t expecting! So sweet with my kids and my pets too! I’ll definitely be calling him back for my next plumbing needs!!

Unfortunate to have a drain backup on a holiday and thought we would have to wait until Monday. I called and Desimond was with us within a couple of hours. He was friendly, professional and did a great job unclogging our drains. Would recommend to anyone, great service.

I had the pleasure of having Grant Cameron come work on our outdoor cistern. It was his first day with Mr Rooter and you’d never know. He was fantastic. Can’t begin to explain how grateful we were for his services. Mr Rooter is better for having him. We will def be a return customer.

The tech they sent out was better than great. He went above and beyond to help me fix this issue. Even thou it wasn’t completely fix and unclogged he try harder than he ever could to get the job done. I would recommend Dez, which is the tech that helped me . He is highly professional, respectful, honest and thoughtful.  All around great guy. He deserves a raise every month!!!

Adam was a great guy and great professional. He came to our house for one plumbing project that needed a timely fix and I wasn’t able to do it. While he was here I asked him about another minor project. We pointed out a 3rd project that would also solve my second problem. He fixed everything in a very timely fashion. Very personable and great to talk to. Highly recommend.

Desmond was thorough, very friendly and professional! The job turned out to be bigger than I hoped it would, but Desmond explained everything he was doing and worked around our schedules to get the replacement done in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the service and would use this Mr. Rooter again

Adam arrived and found the problem within seconds. Left to get the parts he needed,  returned and had my sink fixed within half an hour! Really nice guy! And he gave me a good  deal. I am truly happy with the service I received today.

We had a great experience with Ryan Francis. First off he was full of positive energy and you can tell that he really enjoys his job. He got straight to the point and gave us a price after he figured out exactly what needs done. He was honest, very professional and super cool! Our sinks are no longer clogged and he even stayed a few minutes after fixing the problem to make sure we were happy with the results!!!!!! I'm very impressed with Mr. Rooter. I was smelling a small amount of gas randomly throughout my kitchen area. The office answered my call and said they would put me on the schedule for the same day and someone would call later with a specific time. The office called back a few hours later and said a technician would be there within the hour. The technician they sent was named Ryan and he could not have been any better. Friendly from the moment I opened the door and informative throughout the process. He thoroughly tested the whole area for gas and finally determined the leak was coming from a connection point at the wall. He discussed all of my options and pricing before he did any of the work.  In the end, he corrected the leak and gave me further quotes for work we may want to consider in the future. Ryan was not pushy in any way and I agreed with his recommendations during the repair. He also worked until very late in the evening to make sure it was done right. Much appreciated and I will definitely use Mr. Rooter for my future plumbing needs.

Within 5 minutes of sending an inquiry, I received a phone call to schedule an appointment. Within one hour, I had a technician at my house on the same day as calling. Chris did an amazing job and explained everything. I rather pay more for an amazing job than a decent one for a lower cost. Highly recommend their services.

Chris provided great customer service and did a really great job. He had such a positive attitude towards the job and made it a good experience. He made sure my father understood the job step by step and knew the prices and options. He completed the job in a very timely manner and did not leave any mess behind, he was very thorough in everything. I would recommend him to anyone and will be calling him for future jobs. Thank you
